Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee

This Refund Policy sets out the terms of our 3-day money-back guarantee for IPTV subscriptions purchased from bestiptvcanada.pro. It applies alongside — and does not limit — any consumer rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

§ 13-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a voluntary money-back guarantee: within 3 days of activation of your IPTV subscription, you can request a full refund of the price paid, no reason required.

§ 2Who is Covered

The guarantee is available to:

• First-time customers who have purchased an IPTV subscription directly from bestiptvcanada.pro.
• Customers who have not misused the service (for example, sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties, using the service commercially without a suitable plan, or breaching these Terms).

The guarantee does not apply to renewals of an existing subscription or to a repeat purchase after a previous refund has been granted.

§ 3Refund Period

The refund period is 3 days from the moment your IPTV subscription is activated (that is, from the moment we send your login credentials to your email). To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your refund request before the 3-day period ends.

§ 5Refund Consequences

If we approve your refund request, we will return the full amount you paid, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fee for the refund itself.

Your IPTV access will be deactivated on the day of the refund. Any downloads, catch-up recordings or bookmarks tied to your subscription will no longer be available.

§ 6Digital Content Notice

By placing an order and receiving your login credentials, you acknowledge that performance of the contract begins immediately. Our 3-day money-back guarantee applies regardless.

§ 8Processing & Payment

(1) Refunds are always made to the payment method used for the original transaction. Exceptions require explicit agreement between you and us.

(2) Refunds are processed no later than 14 days after we receive your refund request.

(3) Cryptocurrency refunds are made either in EUR/CAD equivalent or in the same cryptocurrency at the exchange rate on the day of the refund. We are not liable for exchange rate losses.

(4) Depending on your bank or card issuer, credit card refunds can take 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
