(3) The quality of your streaming experience also depends on your internet connection, device and local network conditions, which are outside our control.
(1) The Provider warrants that the service will be delivered substantially as described. Statutory warranty rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law apply.
(2) If a defect exists that materially affects the use of the service, please notify us promptly at support@bestiptvcanada.pro so we can investigate and remedy the issue.
(1) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption) is excluded.
(2) Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for personal injury, death caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
(3) The Provider's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is aligned with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
(1) If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@bestiptvcanada.pro. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue promptly.
(2) Complaints regarding online commercial content services in Canada may also be raised with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) via crtc.gc.ca, where applicable.
(3) Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from accessing the small claims or consumer protection procedures of their province of residence.
(1) These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections of the laws of their province of residence.
(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory rule.
(3) Amendments to these Terms require text form. This also applies to any change of this text-form requirement.
